Front Desk Agent

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn At The Park Mill. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Welcome and register guests, handle check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, respond to inquiries, and offer suggestions for hotel amenities and services.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash transactions, handle payments, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
  • Communication: Operate PBX equipment, answer incoming calls, and provide wake-up calls as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to department communications, participate in team meetings, and support colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous Front Desk experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, cash handling skills, and ability to work weekends and holidays.
