Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Manager:
- Support the Controller in all financial aspects, including month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports. Additionally, assist the CFO with Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Work closely with the Private Equity Group and CFO to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and financial assessments.
- Conduct weekly cash flow forecasts to enhance cash management and ensure efficient working capital utilization.
- Cross-train and provide backup support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; an MBA or CPA designation is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Excel, with a solid understanding of pivot tables.
- Experience in a manufacturing context is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting and budgeting.
