Job Summary

CQ Partners is seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' hearing needs, recommending and fitting appropriate hearing aids, and providing exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine hearing aid requirements
  • Recommend suitable hearing aid devices based on patients' needs and preferences
  • Fitting hearing aids correctly and providing instructions on usage and maintenance
  • Maintain detailed records of patient consultations and fittings
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proficient in-patient assessment techniques
  • Knowledge of medical coding and terminology
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
  • Understanding of anatomy and physiology related to hearing
  • Strong patient service orientation
  • Familiarity with occupational health standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
