Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct thorough project reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual performance conditions.
- Monitor daily work progress.
- Prepare internal and external status reports regarding project progress.
- Proactively plan to mitigate issues and resolve any arising challenges.
- Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and secure necessary permits and licenses.
- Assess, manage, and reduce risks.
- Guarantee adherence to quality construction standards and appropriate techniques.
- Oversee budget management and cost estimation.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience with a General Contractor, particularly in Life Sciences Projects.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Advanced understanding of construction management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
- Expertise in building materials, construction specifics, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software tools.
- Ability to strategize and perceive the broader perspective.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Exceptional time management and project coordination skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency.
- Experience managing clean rooms and laboratories in construction projects.
