Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

  • Conduct thorough project reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual performance conditions.
  • Monitor daily work progress.
  • Prepare internal and external status reports regarding project progress.
  • Proactively plan to mitigate issues and resolve any arising challenges.
  • Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and secure necessary permits and licenses.
  • Assess, manage, and reduce risks.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality construction standards and appropriate techniques.
  • Oversee budget management and cost estimation.
  • Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 8-10 years of experience with a General Contractor, particularly in Life Sciences Projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Advanced understanding of construction management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Expertise in building materials, construction specifics, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software tools.
  • Ability to strategize and perceive the broader perspective.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Exceptional time management and project coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency.
  • Experience managing clean rooms and laboratories in construction projects.
