Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the fleet and branch resources to deliver services on time and meet high standards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, or Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of selling residential and commercial services through a branch-based business.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, coaching, and developing sales, office, and hourly production team members.
  • Previous P&L and operations management experience.
  • High degree of proficiency in analyzing data and drawing insights to inform business decisions.
  • ISA Certification or willingness to obtain.
