Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Director to lead our company-wide marketing efforts. This role involves managing social media campaigns, email marketing, conversion funnels, digital ads, and planning for in-person events like trade shows and conferences. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our CEO and partner companies to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel social media strategies, including paid campaigns and organic growth tactics
  • Build and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization
  • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts for conversion and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Manage multiple projects, campaigns, and product launches simultaneously under tight deadlines
Requirements
