Position Summary: This role is pivotal in supporting the Executive Committee and Marketing Consultant in executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing communication with both existing and potential clients, as well as elevating the firm's brand presence on both local and national stages. Responsibilities may include refining and implementing email and social media initiatives, conducting audience research, analyzing campaign data, and ensuring consistent branding across various marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of both outbound and inbound marketing efforts by disseminating content through digital channels.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Identify and propose innovative marketing strategies and promotional channels to management.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Recent graduates or current students in their third or fourth year of study in marketing, communications, graphic design, or video production programs are encouraged to apply. A keen interest in finance is advantageous.

Experience: Previous experience in marketing (both digital and traditional) or sales is preferred. Familiarity with email marketing tools, WordPress, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms is beneficial.

Essential Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, digital marketing proficiency, creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking, and effective time management.
