About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Land Development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
This role involves planning, scheduling, assigning, supervising, and motivating a team of professionals and clerical personnel. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects, including scope development, contract negotiations, organization, compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, cost and schedule controls, implementation, staff and client management, and quality control.

Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineers' (P.E.) License in the State of Texas, and at least five years of progressive design experience are required. A minimum of three years of increasingly responsible experience in professional civil engineering work is also necessary. Additionally, you must possess current knowledge of local, state, and federal design codes and regulations, industry practices, and the ability to read and understand construction drawings and legal documents.
