Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Gpac is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the planning, design, and management of civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver civil engineering projects
  • Analyze project data and develop solutions to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
