About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of earthwork operations on a construction site. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that excavation, grading, and other earth-moving activities are performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets for civil construction projects.
  • Evaluate and interpret project designs and specifications, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Manage a team of industrial construction foremen and craft workers, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity, promoting adherence to company policies and best practices.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman or similar supervisory role in the industrial construction industry.
  • Proven experience in industrial construction and civil projects, preferably in site development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Deep understanding of safety regulations, environmental practices, and quality control processes in the industrial construction industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
