Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Staff Supervisor to manage all supervisory functions for site-based support staff, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of supervisory experience and excellent computer skills, including familiarity with information retrieval, data collection, and word processing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all supervisory functions for site-based support staff, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Complete annual employee evaluations and competencies, conduct monthly staff meetings, and oversee the intake and enrollment process for prospective enrollees.
  • Assure that all demographic and other non-clinical information is entered into the EHR and documents are scanned according to established procedures.
  • Function as Transportation Coordinator or oversee a designee to assure safe and timely transport of all participants to/from the site, home, and appointments.
  • Collect and enter all data related to HPMS reporting, manage the preparation of all claims and invoices, and maintain referrals.
  • Manage memorial donations and communicate with appropriate Fallon Health staff, maintain attendance logs and meeting minutes, and certification logs as requested by Site Director.
  • Assure that the front-desk/reception area is always staffed while the site is open, manage and maintain appointment scheduling functions, including assisting participants with scheduling outside appointments.
  • Responsible for attending and taking minutes for various meetings, and other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting preferred but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with information retrieval, data collection, and word processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Associates degree preferred or applicable work experience.
