Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Avetta's products and services meet country-specific HSE standards, guiding regulatory compliance and communicating key changes to internal stakeholders.
  • HSE Compliance Management: Assess Avetta's HSE products and services for compliance gaps, develop action plans, and ensure alignment with local laws.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with internal and external resources to integrate HSE compliance requirements into localization processes, train Avetta's teams and partners on global HSE compliance requirements, and maintain accurate records of HSE compliance efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, document, and implement efficient and scalable HSE processes, driving improvement initiatives related to country-specific HSE regulatory content, processes, and data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., QHSE, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance).
  • 8+ years of experience in global regulatory compliance, specifically within the HSE field, managing projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of international HSE regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex HSE regulatory requirements and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate HSE compliance records.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of driving continuous improvement in HSE compliance processes.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce.
  • Industry certifications such as CSP, CRIS, or QHSE-related certifications are preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency is a plus.
