Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clin Nurse II to join our multidisciplinary team at Parkwest Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing care within the assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines, and collaborating with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neuro-spine conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care planning and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the care process.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

Experience: At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in Tennessee and BLS certification.
