Production Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with supervisors to plan and coordinate production activities, including material control and inventory management.
- Technical Direction: Provide guidance and support to production operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors, production operators, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable.
- Experience: 2-4 years' related experience in production coordination or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
