Construction Equipment Operator
The Construction Equipment Operator is tasked with the operation of various machinery in a safe and efficient manner. This role encompasses the use of loaders, graders, water trucks, and other heavy machinery. The operator is also responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and secure storage of all equipment. Interacting with the public and fellow employees in a respectful and professional manner is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate machinery safely and effectively to reduce the risk of injury and property damage
• Perform additional duties as required, including manual labor
• Conduct daily safety inspections and maintenance checks
• Clean and maintain heavy equipment as per schedule or necessity
• Ensure that heavy machinery is stored securely and safely
• Engage in routine maintenance activities
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies
Required Experience
• A minimum of twelve months of relevant experience is preferred
Compensation:
The compensation package will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
