Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Swanberg Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, including planning, delegation, and training of field staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
- Communicate effectively with project foremen, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials and labor
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and/or municipal construction
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout North Dakota and northern South Dakota
