Support Services Specialist

As a Support Services Specialist at Alaimo Group, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our engineering and planning team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with engineering, municipal, or construction backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include typing of review letters, grading plan reviews, certificate of occupancy recommendations, scanning, and emailing to developers and Township Officials, as well as preparing proposals, meeting reports, bid tabulations utilizing Excel, punch lists, Engineer's estimates, bond estimates, Planner's reports, typing of Master Plans, Development Plans, Redevelopment Plans, creation of photo documents, internet research for cover pages.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Adobe, advanced accurate typing and proofreading skills, attention to detail, adept and creative, organized, and pragmatic. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
