Job Title: Patient Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Patient Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Health Monitoring Services. This role involves working closely with patients to provide personalized support and education on the use of medical devices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support patients during the remote monitoring phase, providing guidance on device usage and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with patients to monitor progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and foster a sense of trust and confidence.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
