Collaborating closely with the Head Chef, the Culinary Operations Supervisor ensures that kitchen objectives are achieved, facilitating seamless operations while adhering to health regulations to maintain top inspection ratings.

**Key Qualifications:**

+ A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in comparable or upscale dining establishments

+ Proficient in the use of kitchen equipment and possess advanced culinary skills

+ Understanding of inventory management and best ordering practices, with a keen focus on ingredient quality

+ Basic financial acumen, including knowledge of P&L, COGs, labor costs, and operational efficiency

+ Intuitive grasp of restaurant service dynamics

+ Extensive knowledge of food and culinary trends

+ Valid food safety certifications as required by state regulations

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel

+ Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills

+ Excellent leadership qualities, including clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, and empathy
