  • Collaborate with the Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with budgeted goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
