Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You should also have knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as proficiency in ADP PayForce, Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday applications.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training programs and workshops to store employees on HR processes and procedures, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
  • Support the Area HR Manager in resolving employee relations issues and achieving staffing objectives.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of HR-related activities, including leave of absence, paid time off, and workers compensation.
  • Liaise with employees on HR-related matters, including new hire onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and provide HR support at the store level.
  • Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to enhance our workforce diversity and attract top talent.
  • Monitor and track all aspects of employment, including new hire onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Resolve HR issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain brand and operational standards in store, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Support multiple store locations and perform other duties as assigned.
