Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment process, managing client relationships and candidate placements. This dynamic position involves business development, talent acquisition, and account management.
Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients to establish and grow business relationships.
- Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role-specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and placement fees with clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
