Travel Requirements:
Expect approximately 10% travel to various site locations. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three days a week, with the remaining days being remote. Initial work will commence on-site.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects or a program area within a collaborative team environment, focusing on the successful implementation of transmission line and/or transmission station initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of Right of Way (ROW) projects, ranging from small to large scale.
  • Lead and manage right-of-way vendors, which include both internal and contract resources.
  • Facilitate effective communication and guidance to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and conclude projects safely, efficiently, and economically, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Provide leadership and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams (engineering and other members), external clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors to build teams, initiate projects, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to review construction and bidding statuses, while also creating and updating project cost budgets and schedules.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required for Associate Level; a minimum of two years of relevant experience is needed for Project Manager Level.
  • Proficient in various aspects of Project Management and/or Right of Way acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with GIS Mapping systems and databases.
  • Understanding of real estate valuation and accepted estimating practices.
  • Knowledgeable in earned value management and project reporting.
  • Valid driver's license.
