We are actively seeking a Full-Time Desktop Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to our clients. The role involves working weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user assistance, which includes both remote and on-site support in response to user inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deployment of personal computers
  • Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of information systems, peripherals, communication devices, and various operating systems
  • Installation of software applications
  • Operating system support for both MAC and PC platforms
  • Creation and maintenance of user accounts

Requirements for the Position:

  • A minimum of A+ Certification is required.
  • Possession of a Secret Clearance is necessary; we can assist candidates in obtaining this clearance, but employment cannot begin until it is granted.
