Job Title: Service Alarm Technician

Securitas Technology is a leading provider of electronic security solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Service Alarm Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems. As a Service Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems, resolving technical issues, and providing top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Respond to trouble tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine configuration changes and document all system modifications.
  • Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications.
  • Install software upgrades and major modifications on-site.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with low voltage equipment and commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and network communications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
