About this role

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service to North Memorial Health customers and staff. As a key member of the clinic care team, this individual will manage phone contact to provide customers with proficient, customer-centered services that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns

• Manage phone contact to ensure efficient and effective communication

• Collaborate with the clinic care team to resolve customer issues and concerns

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

• 1 year customer service experience required

• Minimum of 6 months scheduling experience and/or registration experience preferred

• Call center experience preferred

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

• Typing test minimum 35+ WPM required

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Understanding of HIPAA

• Independent problem-solving skills

• Skilled in MS Office products
