Compensation

Hourly wage: $21.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to assess menus and guest orders to determine daily food preparation needs.
  • Adhere to portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper food temperatures, ensure correct food storage, and uphold the freshness and quality of all menu items.
  • Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and adequately stocked, ensuring a sanitary kitchen and storage environment.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a pastry role.
  • Ability to read and understand prep sheets and recipes, along with basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
  • Culinary School or Pastry Education is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to remain standing throughout the shift while performing various physical tasks.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for chopping, mixing, blending, and whipping a variety of foods and liquids.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures.
Shift Details

Day shifts, evening shifts, holiday shifts, evenings as needed, weekends, and event-based scheduling.
