Position Overview:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for Operations teams to create system solutions, including requirements gathering and user testing, to enhance Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with essential cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback from customers and associates, identifying areas for program enhancement.
  • Serve as a bridge between business units and Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) to ensure comprehensive business requirements are met by proposed technological solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of RFO solutions tailored for customer needs.
  • Work closely with business leaders to outline and manage business process and technology roadmaps aligned with long-term divisional objectives.
  • Effectively manage change by implementing innovative ideas within the organizational culture, influencing decisions through collaboration and a customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and maintain essential project governance documentation to ensure structured project execution.
  • Gather and synthesize detailed global business requirements and design specifications.
  • Facilitate project-related testing, deployment, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Provide timely updates and escalate critical risks to project management and senior executive teams.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects while effectively executing tactical project-level activities.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, with expertise in areas such as logistics, fulfillment, retail, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience in driving supply chain process enhancements or implementing advanced planning systems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong track record of meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.
  • Skilled in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a global organization, with excellent communication across project and management teams.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities that foster project team effectiveness, along with outstanding organizational and documentation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of systems implementation and development life cycles.
  • Proficient in business process flow diagramming and capable of facilitating brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive business process analysis and recommend viable solutions.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and basic project management tools.
