Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at E-Solutions INC. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
