Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Flagstaff Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a PCU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Critical Care unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to manage patient ratios of 3-4. The successful candidate will be comfortable floating to various units, including MS TELE Units and the Cardiac Monitoring Room.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage patient ratios of 3-4
  • Float to various units, including MS TELE Units and the Cardiac Monitoring Room
  • Work weekends as needed
  • Adhere to quality and patient safety standards
  • Use Cerner for charting
Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret own strips
  • Experience with cardiac drips (no vasopressors)
