Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Lead staff training, quality control, and in-servicing to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Act as liaison between building occupants, administrators, and HCSG staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors by adhering to infection control and universal precautions policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision preferred.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
