Job Opportunity: Core Caregiver

North West Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Core Caregiver to join our team. As a Core Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with program managers to ensure clients receive optimal care
  • Provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping services
  • Assist with bathing, toileting, and general hygiene
  • Offer transportation to and from medical appointments
  • Support clients with grocery shopping and other daily tasks
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 30+ hours per week
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of drug and criminal background screening
  • Ability to work 2 weekends/month on a team-based rotation
  • CNA license (current or expired) or 1-year verifiable experience as a trained PCA or completion of PCA training program
