Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
  • Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or gerontology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
