SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all inquiries and requests from clients are addressed with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy, in alignment with the esteemed reputation of Phoebe Health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in staff meetings and complete mandatory training and competency evaluations punctually.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is typically well-lit and air-conditioned, with moderate noise levels. There may be exposure to higher noise levels and bright lighting, as well as potential contact with hazardous substances or infectious materials.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in healthcare account representation, customer service, and telecommunications, along with familiarity with medical terminology.

CERTIFICATIONS

CPAR Certification is required to be obtained within 20 months of hire.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should possess near-normal vision, good manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Physical demands may include occasional standing, walking, and reaching.
