Job Summary
As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, promoting bronchial hygiene, managing mechanical ventilators, and monitoring oxygenation status.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' oxygenation status and adjust ventilator settings as needed.
- Perform bronchial hygiene procedures to promote patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
- 1-2 years of experience in respiratory care (Preferred)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
