The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity in a thriving and fast-paced sector. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional customer service we pride ourselves on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers visiting the dealership by addressing their inquiries and guiding them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups.
  • Explain product features, applications, and benefits to potential buyers, ensuring they are informed about all available options.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary paperwork, fostering customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory and how various features and accessories can benefit customers.
  • Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight the quality and efficiency of our service offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team setting.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with company driving policies.
