Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for compiling and planning budgets, cost estimates, and other financial projections.
  • You will coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution of construction projects.
  • In collaboration with architects, engineers, and trade workers, you will develop construction projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • You will oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • As a vital member of our team, you will provide internal reporting and projections on inventory levels, enabling informed decision-making.
  • You will supervise construction project progress, providing regular updates on timelines, progress, and any necessary adjustments.
  • A critical aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, safety regulations, city guidelines, and local/state laws.
  • Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, you should possess in-depth knowledge of various construction field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational, and time management skills are required to ensure successful project delivery.
  • You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage conflicting demands, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Average project sizes range from $10-50 million, providing ample opportunities for growth and development.
