Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to conduct insurance loss control inspections on commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and be able to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Apply industry standards and company guidelines to assess risk levels and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and photographs to document findings and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to schedule inspections and provide updates on survey status.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
