We cater to two primary groups: independent coaches and internal HR teams. Coaches leverage our 360-degree assessment to better serve their clients, while HR teams benefit from our comprehensive consulting services, including coaching, succession planning, and team evaluations.

Our consulting engagements commence with our assessments, establishing a universal leadership framework applicable across diverse organizations.

Our clientele includes industry leaders such as Honda, Pixar, and Microsoft, along with numerous Fortune 50 companies.

Role Responsibilities

We are in search of an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute strategies aimed at revenue generation and audience engagement.

  • Lead the design and implementation of B2B demand generation campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, events, and media outreach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives, presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Enhance existing advertising channels while exploring new strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate the development of thought leadership content to elevate program awareness and position key stakeholders as industry experts.
  • Create landing pages and nurturing campaigns that effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Identify and develop content assets tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
  • Engage in market research to optimize advertising ROI and inform product development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and familiarity with Netsuite.
  • Experience in crafting B2B marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong background in branding and demand generation.
  • Exceptional skills in advertising copywriting.
  • Extensive experience with paid social and search campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of modern SEO techniques.
  • Expertise in navigating the marketing and sales funnel to optimize campaign performance.
  • Comprehensive digital marketing experience, including collaboration on website content, webinars, and social media strategies.
  • Proficient in landing page optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to align stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
