This position is a vital revenue generator that facilitates 'with' and 'through' revenue streams alongside AWS by establishing and leading a dedicated AWS Business Division at Pluralsight.

Responsibilities include setting clear goals and strategies to enhance AWS partnership revenue growth while maintaining alignment with the company's broader aspirations and principles.

This individual will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation within the partnerships team and throughout the company.

Their leadership will be vital in guiding Pluralsight through its transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with all key business units (Marketing, Product, etc.) to achieve results for the AWS Business Division at Pluralsight.
* Thoroughly understand, refine, and engage with existing processes and functional teams across Pluralsight to ensure harmonious growth with AWS.
* Foster an appreciation and understanding among revenue colleagues regarding the distinction between direct customer engagement and partnership strategies for indirect customers and their specific needs.

* Partner with executives and teams across both the AWS and Pluralsight organizations.
* Demonstrate proficiency in the Pluralsight platform and its impact on partner and customer outcomes.

* Drive sales excellence to exceed AWS-Pluralsight quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Approach challenges creatively and entrepreneurially.
* Exemplify Pluralsight's culture and values, embodying them and encouraging others to do the same.

* Empower sales team members to deliver value to customers and achieve business objectives.


Who You Are:
* A minimum of 15 years of experience in Partnerships and Indirect Channels, with over 10 years focused on building substantial business with AWS.
* Extensive relationships with AWS sales teams and leadership in the US and internationally.
* Proven track record of meeting revenue goals with AWS.
* Strong business operations skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and talent acquisition.

* Experience in scaling businesses with AWS to exceed $100M.
* Solid enterprise, SaaS, and PaaS technical sales experience with measurable success metrics.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
* Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* A robust network of talent at all levels (Sales professionals, C-Level executives).
