We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our industrial manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing and developing control systems, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC programs for industrial control systems
- Configure and program SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control
- Develop HMI interfaces for R&D and process support
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors to implement control strategies for process optimization
- Test and validate control systems to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial control systems
- Participate in commissioning and startup activities for new control systems
- Document system designs and procedures for future reference
- Manage SQL databases for data storage and retrieval
- Develop Python scripts for automation and data analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial controls and automation
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field
- Technical knowledge of industrial control networks and field devices
- Experience with industrial communication protocols and SCADA software platforms
- Knowledge of HMI development and interface design
- Understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols for industrial automation
