Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BioPharmaceutical Account Manager to lead the promotion of our infusion product. As a sales professional, you will drive demand creation by providing comprehensive clinical knowledge and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fully integrated account plans to meet customer needs
  • Promote our infusion product and provide clinical knowledge to customers
  • Partner with internal teams to deploy approved services necessary to meet customer needs
  • Apply digital tools and data-based insights to build opportunities and prioritize resources
  • Effectively communicate value proposition to customers and close every call with a commitment to action

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of Specialty Sales experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Biologics, or Medical Device sales
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proven track record of consistent sales performance
  • Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams and be certified annually
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Infusion/rare disease sales experience in Outpatient Infusion setting and Specialty Pharmacy channel
  • Neurology experience specific to migraine
  • Experience working with high-influence customers in physician clinics and infusion centers

Travel Requirements:

Willingness/ability to travel up to 30% - 40% domestically for regular meetings, conferences, and external events.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year, plus eligibility for a sales incentive target of $41,500. Benefits include flexible paid time off, health benefits, company match 401k, and a company car.
