Front Desk Representative

- Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for hotel guests.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, adhering to hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Generate and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
- Resolve discrepancies with Housekeeping regarding room status.
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Provide information and services to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
