About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to our clients with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to address specific behaviors.
  • Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Write detailed behavior assessment reports and treatment plans in compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including functional behavior assessments and ABA therapy programs.
  • Participate in Child Study Team Evaluations and provide contracted school consultation and program development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide field supervision to Registered Behavior Therapists and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with autism.
  • Experience with ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and QABF assessments.
  • Ability to maintain CEU requirements and BCBA credential with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Estimated 50% travel, dependent on need.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
