Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate the standards and behaviors consistent with our core values and culture.
  • Inspire the Team: Effectively execute sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Oversee the financial performance of the property in accordance with the established budget.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Help team members understand how they contribute to the big picture and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Deliver Performance Reports: Create and deliver timely and accurate financial and operational performance reports to clients and ownership groups.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with all constituents, including owners, residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the competitive marketplace and coach the team to differentiate the community and Bozzuto from the competition.
  • Marketing Strategies: Partner with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies that position the community as a destination for people seeking engaged and enriched living experiences.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction and yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews.
  • Weekend Availability: Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, with two days off during the week.
  • Professional Growth: Inspire the professional growth and development of all team members by encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range: $110,000-120,000 (plus additional bonus opportunities).
