About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our therapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals in need of support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to individuals in a clinic setting, implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
  • Track client progress and program data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor, maintaining open communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis.
