Job Title: Wastewater Treatment Business Class Leader

As a Wastewater Treatment Business Class Leader, you'll play a key role in leading and growing our existing strong Wastewater Treatment and Effluent Management group for Northern California. This role will support other projects in the area and work with the Water Business Group Market Sector Leads and Client Development Leads on the development and implementation of technical and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects and monitor project quality
  • Mentor staff and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Grow the business portfolio and provide leadership through mentoring, directing, and delegating to staff
  • Interface with regional and national technology leaders to advance local capabilities and support national pursuits and project delivery efforts
  • Engage in industry groups and forums and take leadership roles in such organizations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field
  • Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
