About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Coordinator II to join our Patient Pathway team at DaVita. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare insurance providers.
  • Provide patient education and support, including medical insurance guidance.
  • Intercept and respond to requests from multiple constituents, utilizing strong multitasking skills.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Pathway team to achieve superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new hospital systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in face-to-face settings.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
