Discover your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Facilities and Equipment Services Operations Manager (Level K) to lead the Facilities and Equipment Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee employee activities within the facilities domain, which includes facilities planning, analysis, project management, property management, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction, and maintenance of Plant & Equipment.
Secure resources for projects and processes, provide technical oversight of suppliers, and spearhead process enhancements.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and direct reports.
Supervise and approve technical methodologies, products, and processes.
Engage in equipment sourcing decisions and provide technical guidance on supplier selection.
Lead, develop, and inspire your team members.
Ensure the reliability of equipment across site assets.
This position requires full-time onsite presence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years leading or managing projects involving cross-functional teams.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Proficient in professional written and verbal communication to achieve project goals.
- Over 1 year of experience in developing equipment reliability or maintainability assessments.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 5% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 3 years of experience in Facilities and/or Equipment Services.
- More than 3 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and developing team members.
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis or predictive analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting related to Facilities and/or Equipment Services.

This position may offer relocation assistance based on candidate eligibility.
