Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to systems performance, software, and hardware.
- Perform software installations and upgrades to ensure smooth operation of services.
- Conduct systems analysis to identify improvements and ensure efficient operation of financial services systems.
- Assist in updating technical documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Maintain and support Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
- Assist in network communication troubleshooting, including IP addresses, LAN, WAN, and firewall management.
Requirements:
- Strong systems analysis and analytical skills.
- Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for end-users.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of network communication (IP addresses, LAN, WAN, firewalls, etc.).
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development and programming languages is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage but not required.
